Izzara Apartment & Office is a mix used development that located in South Jakarta. The building has two apartment towers that consist of North Tower and South Tower. The North Tower will reach up to 25 floors with 275 units, and the South Tower that will reach up to 28 floors above ground with 210 units. The project used Gyproc Concealed Ceiling System for 74.000 m2.
